Most integrations can be configured in under 15 minutes. You'll authorize access through secure OAuth, select your sync preferences, and data starts flowing immediately. No IT projects required.
Absolutely. All integrations use OAuth 2.0 or encrypted API keys. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We're GDPR compliant and host all EU customer data in European data centers. We never store credentials in plain text.

Syncs happen in near real-time for critical data like new hires and terminations. Standard data like org changes and compensation updates sync on a configurable schedule (hourly, daily, or on-demand). You control the direction: one-way or bi-directional.
In most cases, no. HR and Finance leaders can set up integrations directly. For enterprise SSO or custom configurations, we provide documentation for IT teams and can join setup calls if needed.
